Robert “Rob” Dickey serves as the Agency Principal at Dickey Insurance Solutions, where he brings his extensive experience and expertise to the company. As the middle brother in the Dickey family, Rob has demonstrated his commitment to excellence and leadership. 

Rob’s journey began at Blinn Junior College, where he showcased his exceptional skills as a pitcher for the Buccaneers, playing a pivotal role in leading the team to the JUCO World Series. His exceptional talent and dedication did not go unnoticed, as he was drafted in the 4th round by the Washington Nationals in 2014. Rob went on to enjoy a successful professional baseball career, contributing his skills to the team for four years before an unfortunate injury forced him to retire from the sport.

Following his retirement from baseball, Rob embarked on a brief stint in the insurance industry, gaining valuable insights and knowledge. This experience ignited his passion for the field, and he eagerly returned to contribute his vision and expertise to Dickey Insurance Solutions. His unwavering commitment to fitness and well-being is evident as he consistently prioritizes his gym sessions, bringing contagious energy and enthusiasm to our company.

In 2022, Rob, along with his fiancée Stefani and their three beloved dogs Millie, Scrappy, and Benny, made the exciting decision to move to The Woodlands. They have found tremendous joy and fulfillment in calling it their home, embracing the opportunities and serenity it offers.
